About Flourish Yoga
Flourish Yoga was created to expand the practice of yoga and create experiences in settings that inspire, refresh and rejuvenate. Spas, Wineries, Gardens, Nature trails, Farms and of course dedicated Yoga Studios are just some of the venues that we feel bring about this sense of belonging and peace. Our retreats are artfully crafted to include healthy plant-based foods, special treats (chocolate!) and commemorative gifts. Sandra's passion for the Chakras will embrace the theme and be featured in many of the retreat elements. Studio workshops will bring opportunities to further explore the body's internal energy system with Asana (poses), Aromatherapy, Pranayama (breath-work), Meditation, Sound and Taste to cover the full spectrum of what is available to us to bring about balance and connection.
